Online courses mean that anyone can take part, no matter where they are, without the need to travel. All that's needed is a device with a camera and microphone. Many computers now include these as standard but if yours doesn't then cameras can be bought for under £20. You can also use a laptop, tablet or smartphone to access the lesson.
Live weekly lessons
Each week there is a 2 hour live lesson. This is an interactive session where different techniques are demonstrated. The students can ask questions and their work can be reviewed both during and at the end of the lesson.
Weekly videos
Each week there is a video recapping the information in the interactive lessons, including materials used and technique. Many students find this valuable, giving reminders of what was covered and also giving the ability to follow the material at the student's preferred speed.
Online Forum
There is an online forum where students can post photos of their artwork each week. Students can give and receive feedback and comment on each other's work.
One-to-one tuition
Students can submit their work for personal feedback, suggestions and help from Jeanette, to ensure everyone gets any help that is needed.
